For a Class B Coin Operated Skill Amusement Game, you need the following 3 things –

1. A location of a few square feet with an electrical outlet.
2. A Class B Location License issued by the Georgia Lottery Corporation. 
3. A Georgia Master Licensee, Peachtree Amusement (Class B License #XXXX) as a supplier for your games. Call us to get master license number while applying.

• Credit/Debit Card for Payment

• GA Lottery Retailer Number

Application Process for Class B COAM

1. Go to www.gacoam.com and create an account.
2. Register for Class B Location License.
3. Activate your account with the link sent to your email.
4. Apply for a new license or renew a previous license by filling out all the required information as asked in the prompts. You will also need to fill Peachtree Amusement Class B Master License #XXXXX (Call us to get master license number while applying.)
5. Open a separate bank account as required by the Georgia Lottery Corporation for related transactions with the following requirement “In Trust for the Georgia Lottery Corporation.”
   Here is an example
   ABC INC.
   XYZ Store
   In Trust for the Georgia Lottery Corporation
6. Obtain the Location License number from the last page of your application or email. Fill out the COAM Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) Authorization Form with the Location License number and submit it by fax to 404-215-8997.
7. After submitting your application, GA Lottery Inspector may visit your location for the site inspection. You must be in the position to provide unrestricted access to the GA Lottery Inspector during the scheduled time.
8. You may be charged with a one-time refundable fee as Financial Security Deposit (FSD). FSD will not be higher than $2500 depending on your business type, credit history, etc., and this amount is refundable when you no longer have Class B COAM on your location.
9. Regularly check your application process on the GA Lottery COAM portal. They may request additional information if required. It usually takes up to 6 weeks for the license approval, but there might be delays if there is any issue with your application.
10. After receiving your Class B Location License, Please schedule an appointment with us for installation.
